A.C. Legg – Blend 7 – Pork Sausage Seasoning
A mild pork sausage seasoning that contains red pepper, sage, and black pepper. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning, and up to 12oz of water (if desired). Mix for 2 minutes. Regrind through 3/16″ plate.
