Packed in a heat sealed clear pouch.Tumeric (Turmeric) Root Powder (Curcuma longa) Also known asCurcuma longa, Curcuma, Gauri, Haldi, Indian Saffron, and Yu Jin. Turmeric Root Powder has been used as a medicine and cooking spice throughout Asia for thousands of years. It is one of the most potent, anti-inflammatory foods on Earth. Wild Turmeric is a premium, Non-GMO, NON-Irradiated turmeric from India with a rich golden color. Use it liberally in your cooking for maximum flavor, color, and nutrition. You can also add it to smoothies and shakes or to make the famous (and healthy) “Golden Milk” drink recipe. *Full of Antioxidants, manganese, iron, vitamin B6, fiber, copper, potassium. *Typical 3% curcumin content *Contains curcumin, which gives it the deep yellow/orange color, is known to play a role in preventing many forms of the modern disease *Also known as “Indian saffron” or “yellow root.” Ingredients: 100% Turmeric Powder from India IntroductionTurmeric is a tropical perennial plant in the same family as ginger, native to India, and cultivated throughout the tropics around the world. Growing to a height of about three feet (one meter), it bears pairs of lance-shaped leaves on alternate sides of the stem. At the base of the stem, there is a knobby rhizome somewhat resembling ginger. Constituents1-alpha curcumin, 1-beta-curcumene, camphene, camphor, various forms of curcumin. Parts UsedThe rhizome, dried and ground. Typical Preparations Teas, tinctures, and poultices. Many of the healing of benefits of turmeric have been attributed to curcumin, a group of antioxidant compounds found in the rhizome. Although curcumin is available as a standardized extract, the whole herb may be more beneficial for you than the curcumin extract: Only tiny amounts of curcumin are absorbed into the bloodstream. Turmeric as a whole herb stays in the digestive tract longer than curcumin, releasing antioxidant curcumin along with other beneficial substances. Precautions As is the case with so many herbs, turmeric should be used in moderation. Too much turmeric used for extended periods may cause stomach distress. Since turmeric is included in Ayurvedic formulas for birth control, women trying to become pregnant should limit their consumption of the herb, and it should be avoided entirely while pregnant. Excessive use of turmeric should also be avoided in people with congestive heart failure. The curcumin in turmeric activates a gene called p53. This gene deactivates damaged cells in the heart. Warning: Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have any medical conditions, please consult with your physician before use.*These statements have not been evaluated by the FOOD and Drug Administration. You can also add it to smoothies and shakes or make the famous (and healthy) “Golden Milk” drink recipe.*Full of Antioxidants, manganese, iron, vitamin B6, fiber, copper, potassium.*Typical 3% curcumin content*Contains curcumin, which gives it the deep yellow/orange color, is known to play a role in preventing many forms of the modern disease*Also known as “Indian saffron” or “yellow root.”Ingredients: 100% Turmeric Powder from India IntroductionTurmeric is a tropical perennial plant in the same family as ginger, native to India, and cultivated throughout the world. Growing to a height of about three feet (one meter), it bears pairs of lance-shaped leaves on the stem’s alternate sides. At the base of the stem, there is a knobby rhizome somewhat resembling ginger. Constituents1-alpha curcumene, 1-beta-curcumene, camphene, camphor, various forms of curcumin. Parts UsedThe rhizome, dried, and ground. Turmeric as a whole herb stays in the digestive tract longer than curcumin, releasing antioxidant curcumin and other beneficial substances. PrecautionsAs is the case with so many herbs, turmeric should be used in moderation. Too much turmeric used for extended periods may cause stomach distress. Since turmeric is included in Ayurvedic formulas for birth control, women trying to become pregnant should limit their herb consumption, and it should be avoided entirely while pregnant. Excessive use of turmeric should also be avoided in people with congestive heart failure. The curcumin in turmeric activates a gene called p53. This gene deactivates damaged cells in the heart. Our products do not have any added ingredients, such as sugars or fillers. We sell 100% pure, safe, and effective products.Warning: Keep out of reach of children. 2lb Ground Ginger Root Powder Natural Premium Raw Zingiber Officinale Jengibre

Aroma Depot (Please be advance the lighting may alter the color) 100% Pure Non-GMONatural Ginger Root Powder Suitable for VegetariansSuitable for VegansNon-GMOBotanical Name: Zingiber officinale What are the benefits of ginger? Possible health benefits include relieving nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness, and pain. The root or underground stem (rhizome) of the ginger plant can be consumed fresh, powdered, dried as a spice, in oil form, or as juice. Ginger is part of the Zingiberaceae family, alongside cardamom and turmeric What is ginger root powder used for? Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few. Ginger can be used fresh, dried, powdered, or as oil or juice, and is sometimes added to processed foods and cosmetics. Ginger is one of the most incredible foods on the planet and people have been reversing its numerous medicinal properties and energizing effect for many centuries. Technically, this plant is a vegetable, although it’s mostly used as a spice. Of course, there is also ginger tea to be considered, as this is one of the most amazing drinks ever. There are also quite a few supplements based on this root or its extract, but they are definitely not as enjoyable as they lack the spicy flavor. The importance of ginger really cannot be measured as its healing and antibacterial properties have been proven by numerous studies. Note that ginger root is an alkaline food, which enhances its health benefits. Fresh ginger is good, but it doesn’t keep for very long and its flavor is a bit different from the dried variety. Ginger Root from Food To Live, on the other hand, lasts for several months and can be used in a great number of ways, including making ginger powder and most delicious ginger tea. How to Store and Use Ginger Root? People use ginger root in a great number of ways, from candied ginger to ginger ale, to pickled and ground ginger. Ginger Root from Aroma Depot is extremely versatile and can be used for baking, making tea, making your own ginger powder, and even creating delicious, spicy lollipops. Store it in a cool dry place and make sure to keep it in an airtight container. It doesn’t go bad and can be stored for years.
