The Southern Seasoning is both a marinate and table seasoning. Ben says “It’s Good On Anything” is more than a slogan; It’s the absolute truth! Beef, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, rice, soup, eggs, you name it. Cook with it or sprinkle it on for a better alternative than plain salt. The Dry Poultry Meat Rub has been made by us since 1991. It is a wonderful marinate seasoning for poultry, turkey, wild birds, pork, and seafood. It was first made to season chicken wings and fried turkeys and has continued to be a favorite for many who purchased this dry rub in the past years. It doesn’t take more than a medium sprinkle to do the job. 1 lb should be able to season 40 to 60 lbs of meat and give good results. Best used at least 2 hours prior to cooking. If you season the meat the night before is even better. It doesn’t take much to turn your next meal into a taste you’ll remember. The Red Rub has been made by us since early 1991. It was first used on spare ribs, but has expanded to all cuts of beef, pork, poultry, shrimp & seafood, wild game and fish. To use it is very much like the Poultry Rub and the poundage and method would be the same. Sprinkle some on country style ribs which is Boston Butt sliced, Place the rubs meat in a gallon bag with a 7 oz can of Crushed Pineapple, juice and all.
