First let me say my great grandfather brought the roots of these bay trees from Palermo Italy about 85 years ago and used the leaves in his famous Italian dishes and his brother owned a Italian restaurant and used it in the dinners there. We now use it in our foods and thought since it tasted so great and my friends would always say it does not come that fresh and good and green and it’s very expensive in the store, after several times of giving free samples and leaves away for free, my son asked if I ever thought about selling it at a cheap price and fresh leaves, flavorful leaves and fast shipping….well it took me a year to think about it and thin I finally listed it.
