Light and healthy lemony flavored sauce works well on any salad or grain bowl. INGREDIENTS One small-medium shallot2-inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped½ cup lime juice (3–4 limes)2 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey1 Tbsp. sumac½–1 tsp sea salt1 cup extra-virgin olive oilINSTRUCTIONSPlace shallot, ginger, lime juice, maple syrup, sumac, and sea salt in a blender. Blend on high till ingredients are pure.Slowly drizzle in olive oil till all ingredients are combined and smooth. Taste the dressing and season with additional sea salt as desired, or you may add raisin or cranberry to make it sweeter.
