Laurel Leaves were used across the ancient world. In Greece and Rome Laurel Leaves were used to make crowns of Laurel for athletes and poets. It's very interesting to note too that there are approximately 2,000 bay leaves in one pound!Suggested Use:Laurel Leaves are often used in Bouquet Garni (a bundle of herbs tied together and removed before serving).
