How to use: Mexican Oregano Lippia has a sweet licorice-anise floral-herb flavor with top notes of lemon and lime and strong and spicy bitter and peppery notes and is a key ingredient in Mexican cuisine for mole sauces, soups, dishes of beans, chicken (Pollo al carbon), pork (Carnitas for taco). Oregano dried is the No.5 antioxidant food (after Cloves powder, Sumac ground, Ceylon Cinnamon powder and Sorghum) with the result of 200,129 TEAC (micromoles in Trolox equivalent (TE) per 100 g of the product), where apples have just 3,000-5,900 TEAC by ORAC (Antioxidant capacity test).
